I am a national award-winning director, producer, and leader in the arts with over two decades of experience transforming arts organizations into benchmarks of excellence and innovation. Known for my visionary leadership and dedication to community building through the arts, I’ve built programs that inspire creativity, foster community, and make the arts accessible to all.

My journey into directing and producing theatre started at a young age, when I witnessed, first hand, the ability for theatre to bring together a community in unimaginable ways. Since then, I have directed over 100 productions, and have started three non-profits, and am the CEO of Northern Virginia Performing Arts.
As a Broadway Investor and Published Author, I dream big through innovative and creative ideas that transform lives through story-telling.
Let’s create something impactful together. Whether directing, producing, writing, or advocating, I also provide consulting to advance arts initiatives, I strive to exemplify the transformative power of accessible, inclusive, and innovative programming. Feel free to reach out, and let’s make a difference through the arts!
