I am an award-winning leader in arts administration, nonprofit management, and theatre education with over two decades of experience transforming arts organizations into benchmarks of excellence and innovation. Known for my visionary leadership and dedication to equity, I’ve built programs that inspire creativity, foster community, and make the arts accessible to all.
My journey into theatre education began with a passion for empowering students through the arts. Over two decades, this passion transformed into a commitment to building nationally recognized programs that inspire creativity, foster community, and make the arts accessible to all. Each production, class, and interaction is an opportunity to create something extraordinary.
I’ve led programs like Rock Ridge Performing Arts, where students earned over $12.1 million in scholarships, gained more than 1,200 college credits, and participated in productions at prestigious events like the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Let’s create something impactful together. Whether directing students to success, advocating for arts funding, or consulting to advance arts initiatives, I strive to exemplify the transformative power of accessible, inclusive, and innovative programming. Feel free to reach out, and let’s make a difference through the arts!
